This assignment commenced immediately after the owner broke ground on the property and continues to the present, with a planned opening in early 2019. We have walked through the development process with the owner, participated as part of the Project Management Team and have been awarded the management contract for the property.
On this assignment, we have worked with the Architect, Contractor and Interior Decorator in the design and layout of the facilities, assisted in the development of the financial model, supported ownership with lender activities and currently provide direct input in project management by setting construction priorities.
We have conducted a Brand Evaluation, competitive market survey, evaluated the local labor market and laws in order to develop the preliminary staffing guide, determined the requirements for staff housing, reviewed the local government hotel classification system and begun the process of hiring and training the staff.
