Worked directly with the Owners from the onset, putting together a property improvement plan and working towards elevating the service to an international standard. We successfully recruited a management couple and were able to include the property as a branded member within the exclusive Mantis Collection of Hotels, Eco-Escapes & Lifestyle Resorts.

As the management company for the owner, we were successful in bringing the property to profitability for the first time in its existence.

After a year of operating under our care, the hotel was named Panama’s Leading Boutique Hotel and maintained an outstanding record on TripAdvisor from highly satisfied guests. Due to the inability of the associated real estate development to gain any market traction, the management contract was ended mutually with the owners in 2012.
