The Chub Cay Club project was intended to revive and update one of the Bahama’s most prestigious resorts.

Chub Cay has miles of untouched, magnificent beaches and offers full resort amenities, including beachfront cabanas and villa accommodations, a full-service marina, restaurant and bars, and a ship store.

Engaged by the partners redeveloping the resort, our involvement covered a full range of responsibilities, most important was managing the varied interests and priorities of the partners. These responsibilities included evaluating and contributing to the site plan, building design and construction process and led to the development of the soft opening plan.
